All billing is processed securely via Stripe in Australian Dollars (AUD) by Ai8848.
Refund, Billing & Cancellation Policy
1. Transparent AUD Subscription Pricing
Ai8848 offers two paid subscription plans billed in Australian Dollars (AUD) via Stripe:
- Pro Monthly: $2.99 AUD per month for 50 generations per month.
- Pro Annual: $30.00 AUD per year for 50 generations per month.
2. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your recurring subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your account will retain access to your paid monthly generation allowance until the end of your current billing period, after which your account will revert to the Free Member tier (5 generations per month).
3. Refunds & Australian Consumer Law
Because AI visual synthesis consumes immediate GPU compute resources upon generation, completed generation cycles are non-refundable once credits have been used. However, nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy conferred on you by the Australian Consumer Law (Competition and Consumer Act 2010) or other mandatory consumer protection laws.
