All billing is processed securely via Stripe in Australian Dollars (AUD) by Ai8848.

1. Data Controller & Australian Privacy Principles
Ai8848 respects your privacy and complies with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) as well as international data protection standards (including GDPR where applicable).
2. Information We Collect
- Account Information: Your name, email address, signup timestamp (used to calculate your monthly generation reset date), and authentication role.
- Uploaded Assets & Prompts: Brand marks, garment photos, portraits, and text prompts submitted to our AI synthesis modules.
- Billing Data: Subscription status, Stripe Customer ID, and transaction identifiers. Payment card numbers are processed directly by Stripe and are never stored on Ai8848 servers.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to authenticate your studio session, enforce your monthly generation quota (5 free/month or 50 Pro/month), process subscription payments via Stripe, display community renders in the public archive, and maintain platform security.
4. Portrait & Face Swap Privacy
Images uploaded to the Portrait Retouch & Face Swap or Character Continuity studios are used solely to fulfill your requested visual generation. We do not extract or sell biometric templates or facial recognition identifiers.
