Mocksy is owned and operated by Ai8848. These policies govern your use of our website, AI visual synthesis studios, public community archive, and Stripe subscription billing.
All billing is processed securely via Stripe in Australian Dollars (AUD) by Ai8848.
Terms of Service
1. Operator & Agreement
Mocksy ("the Platform", "the Service") is operated by Ai8848 ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using Mocksy, creating an account, or subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations, including the laws of Australia.
2. Account Quotas & Monthly Cycle Reset
Every registered user receives 5 free generations per month. Your monthly generation cycle is anchored to the calendar day of the month on which you originally signed up (for example, if you registered on the 5th of a month, your monthly allowance resets on the 5th of each subsequent month). Paid Pro subscribers ($2.99 AUD/month or $30 AUD/year) receive 50 generations per month on their monthly cycle. Unused generations do not roll over to the next month.
3. Public Community Archive Disclosure
By generating images on Mocksy, you acknowledge and agree that all outputs produced across our nine studio engines are automatically indexed and displayed in the Mocksy Public Archive unless hidden or removed by an administrator. Do not upload confidential, proprietary, or sensitive personal imagery that you do not wish to appear in the public gallery.
4. Intellectual Property & Commercial License
You retain ownership of the original logos, product photos, and brand marks you upload. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Ai8848 grants you a worldwide, non-exclusive commercial license to use, download, and publish the mockups and visual assets you generate on the Platform for your business, e-commerce store, advertising, and merchandising.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted under Australian Consumer Law and international regulations, Ai8848 provides Mocksy on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of uninterrupted availability.
